Terms.
The ground rules for using this website and ordering custom printed clothing from Easy As Print Co..
Last updated August 2026
01About these terms
These terms apply to this website and to orders placed with Easy As Print Co.. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
02Quotes
A quote request through this website is an enquiry, not an order. Nothing is booked in and nothing is charged until we have confirmed the details with you and you have told us to go ahead.
Quotes are based on the information you give us. If the garments, quantities, sizes or artwork change, the price may change too. We will tell you before doing anything that affects what you pay.
03Artwork and approval
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use the artwork, logos, names and numbers you send us. By sending them you confirm you own them or have permission to use them, and that printing them does not breach anyone else rights.
We will not knowingly print artwork that infringes someone else trademark or copyright, and we may decline a job on that basis.
Before production we will send you a layout showing placement, sizing and any names and numbers. Please check it carefully, especially spelling. Once you approve a layout, we print what was approved.
04Payment
[PAYMENT TERMS. Confirm and write in before launch.]
Prices we quote are specific to that job and are not a published price list. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell at a fixed price.
05Changes and cancellations
[CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS. Confirm and write in before launch.]
Once printing has started, a personalised order cannot simply be put back on the shelf, so please get in touch as early as possible if something needs to change.
06Clothing you supply
If you supply your own garments, please tell us what they are and what they are made from, because the fabric affects which print method will work. We will take care of them, but printing carries a small amount of risk on any garment we have not supplied ourselves, and we cannot take responsibility for the value of items you provide.
07Colour and finish
Screens and printed fabric do not show colour identically, and different fabrics take a print differently. We will get as close as we can to what you approved. Small variations in shade and finish are a normal part of printing on clothing.
08What we do not currently offer
We decorate garments using cut vinyl, heat pressed on. We do not currently offer DTF printing, sublimation, embroidery or screen printing. If you have seen any of those mentioned anywhere as available from us, that is an error, please tell us.
Full colour printed transfers are being set up but are not running yet. Until they are, artwork needs to work as cut vinyl, which means solid shapes and a countable number of colours rather than photographs or gradients. We will tell you at quote stage if what you have sent will not cut well.
09This website
We keep the information on this site as accurate as we can, but it is provided for general guidance.
- Photographs currently shown are free stock images, credited to their photographers, used to show the type of clothing we print
- Projects shown under Our Work are labelled examples rather than completed customer orders
- Nothing on the site is a guarantee of a price, a date or a specific outcome
10Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where those Acts apply.
Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our responsibility for any order is limited to reprinting the affected items or refunding what you paid for them.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
