This policy applies to Easy As Print Co. and to this website. It explains what we collect when you contact us or request a quote, why we collect it, and what happens to it afterwards.

We handle personal information in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

We only collect what you choose to send us. That is:

• Your name, and the name of your business, club or organisation if you give one
• Your email address and phone number
• Your location, so we can work out delivery or collection
• The details of your order: garments, quantities, sizes, colours, print positions, names and numbers
• Any artwork files you upload, and anything you write in the notes

We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, identity documents or anything else sensitive through this website.

To prepare your quote, ask any follow up questions, and produce your order if you go ahead. That is the whole reason. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for marketing.

Quote requests are delivered to us by email through Resend, an email delivery service. Your message passes through their systems to reach our inbox. The website itself is hosted on Vercel.

Beyond those two services, and anyone we genuinely need to involve to complete your order, nobody else receives your information unless the law requires us to hand it over.

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or third party tracking. Nothing is stored on your device to follow you around, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Photographs on the site are served from the Unsplash image network, and web fonts are served from this website itself rather than a third party.

We keep quote requests and artwork for [RETENTION PERIOD] so we can answer questions about a job and reprint from the same artwork if you reorder. After that they are deleted. If you would rather we deleted yours sooner, just ask.

Artwork you send stays yours. We use it to produce your order and to reprint for you later if you ask.

We will not use photographs of your finished order to promote the business without checking with you first.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and ask us to delete it. Get in touch and we will sort it out.

Information sent through this website travels over an encrypted connection. Once it reaches us it lives in our email. We take reasonable care of it, though no method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure.
