03The workshop
Send us finished artwork and we will cut it. Send us a rough idea, a photo of an old shirt or a logo that has been sitting on a hard drive since 2014, and we will tell you honestly what we can do with it.
Most of the work happens before anything touches a garment. Getting the logo the right size for the chest, spacing names and numbers so they sit square on the back, and turning a flat image into outlines clean enough for a cutter to follow.
Preparing artwork for the cutter is part of the job. Designing a brand new logo from scratch is a separate piece of work, so ask about it and we will let you know what is involved before you commit to anything.

These are example projects. They show the sort of orders we handle. Real customer photographs will replace them as jobs are finished and photographed.
06How it works
Choose the clothing, quantities, colours and print locations. If you are not sure yet, a rough idea is enough to get started.
Upload your logo or artwork, or explain what you want created. We will let you know if anything needs adjusting before it goes to print.
Review the placement, sizing and details before production begins. Nothing gets printed until you are happy with it.
Your clothing is produced and prepared for collection or delivery, whichever suits you better.
07In the workshop
We work in cut vinyl. Your design is cut from coloured vinyl, weeded by hand and heat pressed into the fabric. It is the finish that holds up best to a season of washing.
Two plotters, 800mm and 600mm
Your design is cut from coloured vinyl, weeded by hand and heat pressed into the fabric. It gives clean, sharp edges and a finish built to survive the wash and the season.
Best forLogos, lettering, club crests and anything that needs to still look right after fifty washes.
No setup charge per name
Every garment in an order can carry a different name and number. You send the list, we match it to the sizes and lay it out for you to check.
Best forTeam strips, staff uniforms and personalised event shirts.
Solid colours, sharp edges
Separate colours are cut individually and pressed in layers to build up a multi colour design. Best suited to artwork that resolves into solid shapes rather than photographs.
Best forTwo, three and four colour logos, sponsor marks and crests.
Dedicated hat press
A separate press with a curved platen, made for headwear. It shapes to the front panel so the design sits flat and square instead of bubbling on the curve.
Best forClub caps, work caps and supporter headwear.
Up to 800mm wide
The larger plotter cuts up to 800mm wide, which covers a full adult back panel in one piece. No joins across a sponsor name or a big number.
Best forSponsor panels, large numbers and full width back designs.
No minimum order
One personalised piece and a full team or company order go through the same process. There is no minimum quantity and no setup fee to get started.
Best forAnything from a single gift to a complete uniform rollout.
Full colour printed transfers
Printers are being set up. Until they are running, artwork needs to work as cut vinyl.
Embroidery and Screen printing are not part of what we do at the moment. Both are wanted as future services, and we will say so here the day that changes.
08Why work with us
Sports kits, workwear and merch made simple for your people. Cut vinyl names, numbers and logos pressed onto teamwear, workwear, uniforms, caps and merchandise.
You deal with a person who knows your order, not a form that disappears into a queue.
One personalised hoodie or a complete team and uniform rollout. Both are welcome.
Sports clubs, trades, hospitality, gyms, schools, community groups and clothing brands.
Every garment in an order can carry a different name and number at no extra setup.
You see the layout, placement and sizing and sign it off before anything is printed.
Straightforward conversations with someone nearby, in plain English.
Send us your idea and we will help work out the best way to get it onto the gear. Tell us what you are after, roughly how many you need, and we will come back with a quote.
We use cut vinyl. Your design is cut out of coloured vinyl on a plotter, the excess is weeded away by hand, and it is heat pressed into the fabric. It gives a sharp, hard wearing finish that holds up to washing, and it is what suits names, numbers, lettering and solid colour logos best. Caps go on a separate press with a curved platen so the design sits flat on the front panel.
